Growth of Pike County
 
The Pike County Dispatch reported Nov 6, 2008 that the Pennsylvania State Data Center projects Pike County will have a population of 94,374 by 2030, an increase of 48,072 from the year 2000.  This 103.8% increase means Pike County remains the fastest growing county in Pennsylvania. 
 
According to the U.S. Census Bureau estimate, the population of Pike County in 2006 was 58,195.
